Her presentation will cover general details of the Emergency Forest Restoration Program (EFRP) which helps private forests owners restore forest health caused by natural disasters. The USDA Farm Service Agency is conducting an EFRP sign-up through August 29 for damage caused by the May 16 tornado in Pulaski and Laurel counties.
